  • Develop and grow the 7 employees on my team to help them become who they're meant to be

  • In first 4 months ran a highly successful blitz to sign on $700k in new revenue from Michelin tire dealers (during lockdown with a team who had never worked remote before.)

  • Developed a digital marketing program for Michelin that brought as much as 120% lift in new tire unit sales for dealers

    • No agency had ever analyzed sales data to tie online efforts to instore sales for Michelin before​

    • Took this a step further by developing a concept to tie online efforts to in-store purchase, completely closing the ROI loop. (Never before done in our industry)

  • Lead a team who consistently focuses on improving CTR, & reducing CPC on SEM campaigns that perform well above industry standards for all industries we reach for our clients

  • Lead a team who boasts a 3.9% engagement rate on Facebook, and 11.75% on LinkedIn across our entire book of business

  • Helped our new product manager to productize the services we offer into a SAAS platform, and open a new sales funnel for our agency

  • Volunteered for developing a new employee onboarding initiative to improve our new employee experience while also improving the experience for remote employees since the world changed from COVID.​

  • Managed the Marketing & Development of the Home Page of GoDaddy.com in 42 different markets, as the Product Owner in an Agile environment

  • Drove all branding & personalization initiatives, creating segmented, dynamic home pages with targeted messaging that was personalized to visitors

  • Continually optimized & refreshed design, messaging, & product rotation on the home page with split-testing

  • Measured & analyzed results in order to decide how to proceed with testing & to further optimize our website

  • Worked closely with product marketing, creative, branding, & development teams to figure out how best to implement strategic goals

  • Lead & managed the Automated/Bounceback Email Marketing team, driving priorities on our 2,000+ templates & implementing projects that helped us meet our Revenue, Response Rate, & Rev per email sent goals

  • Managed & optimized our high-visibility account-related email templates, like Order Confirmations, Renewal Notices, & Domain Confirmations

  • Added dynamic content to our Order Confirmation, Domain Confirmation, & Domain Renewal Notices to provide relevant information &  help make our customer contacts more meaningful. In turn, this drew customers back to the site to manage existing products & purchase new.  This incrementally improved Gross Cash Receipts on our Order Confirmation notice by $3.11M annually, over $500k from our Domain Confirmation Notice, & Domain Renewal Notices improved Gross Cash Receipts by $15.2M in 1 year

Senior Marketing Manager - House Marketing

​2008-2009

 

  • Promoted to Senior Marketing Manager to manage a team of 5 on our House Marketing team, which included Email Marketing, Direct Mail, & Automated Emails

  • Managed our Email Marketing schedule, coming up with campaign ideas & making sure we met legal obligations with mailings, as well segmenting campaigns for regular offer testing, then analyzing results

  • Managed eNews, a monthly email campaign which included rounding up information each month from our various product teams & producing an informative newsletter which focused on customer interaction

  • Automated our very complex annual ICANN mailing by working with the Domains development team, DBA's & Usability team to streamline the process for our customers as well as to simplify our emails, while making sure we stayed legally compliant with ICANN

  • Hired to manage the cross-sell & Check-out special pathways on the GoDaddy website

  • Worked with Creative & Development teams to come up with ways to optimize these pathways.  When I started with GoDaddy, they were generating ~$10k/day.  By the time I moved to my next role, they were generating ~$60k/day

  • Drove the creative & implementation of our very first After Checkout Special page, which showed after a shopper checked out & encouraged them to keep shopping. (GoDaddy still uses these specials today.)

  • Constantly researched other websites to come up with new ways to optimize our Cross-sell pages
